Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available for purchase by contacting me directly by phone or in person.  (530) 613-7546.

Do I need to fill out forms before my appointment?

For your first appointment, there will be some needed paperwork to be filled out beforehand, or during your initial consult. At this time, paperwork can only be filled out in person. Please arrive 5-7 minutes before your scheduled session, to ensure your full treatment time is spent on you!

Where is the spa located?

Molecule- A Skin Care Studio, is located at 2804 Mallard Lane, Placerville, Ca. 95667. The spa shares a common area with Body Mind Spirit Soul Massage. We are right behind the Vision Care office on Mallard Lane.

Which payment methods does Molecule- A Skin Care Studio accept?

Major credit cards and cash are accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

In this busy world, we all know things can come up that require us to make a change to our schedule. Sickness, family emergencies, and similar incidents can really upend our routine.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, I ask that you please notify me within 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

All "no show" appointments, may be charged a fee up to the amount of the missed appointment. This is up to the sole discretion of the esthetician.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All services are undertaken with the knowledge that each individual is unique, and outcomes from treatments selected may vary from person to person. While every effort will be made to ensure the best outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, there are no refunds on services or gift certificate purchases.

Molecule- A Skin Care Studio has a try before you buy option on most retail items. Upon request, a product you are interested in trying may be supplied to you, prior to purchasing the retail size of that item. This is done to rule out allergies and sensitivities. Once a retail item is purchased, it may be exchanged for an alternative retail item of the same value, if returned UNOPENED within 5 business days.  There are no refunds on retail items purchased.
